COMPANY PROFILE
We are taking this opportunity to introduce our company, as the first and basic step in the beginning of, what is our intention, long and successful cooperation with your agency.
ADRIATIC Travel & Trade d.o.o. is tour operator based in Zagreb, with long time experience in travel industry (existing from 1990.). Our head office is in Zagreb, Sveti Duh 10a, Zagreb and branch offices in Krk, Rabac, Split and Dubrovnik.
ADRIATIC staff have a long time experience in travel business, not only with ADRIATIC but working in other travel agencies before joining the ADRIATIC “Team”. Our staff is qualified for all kind of different tasks that has and will be put in front of them. We are proud to say that about 80% of our business and income have been achieved in incoming tourism and clients. Another point we would like to bring up is that we have had no complaints neither to our staff nor to our programs, services or means of executing our programs.
ADRIATIC has been investing into development and most of all in quality, for both products and services we perform. By doing this it enabled us to be within the highest of the standards in offering best quality of services. We have done this without effecting the quality and standards of our performances.
Along the Adriatic Coast we have over 3000 contracted beds in hotels of various category, tourist settlements, hotel apartments and private apartments. These beds have been contracted in majority for tour operators and travel agencies on the European market (UK, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Austria, Russia…), as well as for operators having charter operations on the Island of Krk, Split region (including the islands) and Dubrovnik.
Furthermore we have programs for USA tour and UK bus operators, having both tours through Croatia and neighboring countries (Hungary, Austria, Italy, Slovenia, Bosnia) or stay programs at resorts along the Adriatic Coast. Please note that all these programs are connected with ADRIATIC executing all the necessary operations connected with them - transfers, excursions, representations and contacts with all local authorities. Our tour operating is not limited only within Croatia, although majority of our programs and contracted beds are based in Croatia, but we have made contracts with Russian, Ukraine, Latvian, UK, USA and German tour operators for their programs in Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia, Montenegro and Macedonia.
Finally, just to add, we are official travel agent of Croatian National Tourist Board (Hrvatska Turisticka Zajednica) for last eight years (excluding 2003), handling all arrangements authorized by their side.
Taking all this into consideration, we hope that possible future cooperation with your company would be beneficiary for both of the parties. We are aware of the fact that all our future steps would be monitored very carefully, but please note that your market is not unknown to ADRIATIC and its staff and that we know the standards we would be encountering in our cooperation.
