Villa Agave is the best way to experience the ancient and luxurious city of Dubrovnik! One of the first villa`s guests was Hollywood Oscar winner Kevin Spacey! Formerly the residence of the famous archaeologist Sir Arthur Evans (from 1875 to 1882), the villa has been designed to a signed to a high degree of luxury with many interesting and valuable antique details. The interior is filled with art, including works by most respected Croatian artists Milovan Stanic and Romana Milutin Fabris, and precious items from the Štrok family collection.

Villa Agave is a 270 square meter exclusively designed summerhouse, situated on a cliff above the Adriatic Sea, between the Old Town and the majestic Island of Lokrum. A Mediterranean style dominates the interior, dorned with details inspired by the Far East. The heart of the house is the spacious fireplaced living room and dining room. It has three luxurious bedrooms whose rustic wooden floors, timber ceiling beams and rich fabrics reflect a spirit of antiquity. The house is surrounded by five terraces and each offers a different, equally breathtaking view of the Old Town of Dubrovnik, the Island of Lokrum, a small private beach and the blue horizon… There is also an outdoor pool with technology that allows active swimming, open-air summer kitchen, working room and meditation room.

Built in the 1930s from the same white stone used in the old Dubrovnik summer houses, Villa Elita has been recently renovated to the highest standard providing accommodation for up to 12 people. Located only a few kilometers from the old town of Dubrovnik, Villa Elita is magnificently secluded and surrounded by the forest green pine trees, the scented Mediterranean flora and the sapphire Adriatic Sea. Villa Elita is the most attractive villa in Dubrovnik with its brilliant location, tasteful décor, luxurious comfort and fine elegance. The aperitif bar, dining room and wine cellar are all situated on the ground floor. The aperitif bar with its fireplace is perfect for intimacy while the wine cellar is independently cooled to preserve the rich selection of wines. The dining room sits 36 people and its large windows open your eyes to the panoramic sea view only a dozen meters away. On the main floor, the living room with fireplace and baby grand piano centers the queen-size bedroom and presidential suite with terrace. The top floor is home to three bedrooms and the second presidential suite. All bedrooms have a Jacuzzi bathtub in their bathroom while the presidential suites’ bathrooms have corner Jacuzzi bathtubs and marble-covered shower cabins. The two presidential suites consist of a master bedroom and a private living room as well as an ensuite bathroom and powder room. The property is fitted with state of the art hi-fi stereo system with controls in public areas. All bedrooms and living rooms have large LCD television screens with DVD players. Each room and suite has their privately-controlled air conditioning unit and floor heating in the bathrooms. Villa is situated in the suburb of Dubrovnik, at the western entrance to the town, in a quiet bay of Lozica. This charming villa has been tastefully and nicely decorated by its friendly owners, Vesna & Vlaho, who will ensure their guests with everything they need for pleasant and comfortable holidays. With a capacity of 11 guests it is ideal for family and large groups.
All of its 5 bedrooms have a balcony with sea view. The villa’s many amenities include newly-constructed swimming pool, air conditioning, satellite TV, a modern fully-equipped kitchen with large dining and living rooms. This gorgeous property is surrounded by orange, olive, pine trees and other Mediterranean greenery. From its terraces and balconies you can enjoy in a cozy atmosphere and a breathtaking view on the blue Adriatic Sea which is only 50 m away, the island of Daksa and Lapad peninsula. Just 20 meters below the house there is a private restaurant offering well prepared dishes for very reasonable prices.

Luxurious accommodation for 10 persons in the dazzling Istrian hinterland, only 2 km away from the seashore, 20 km from the Pula airport and 25 km from Rovinj. The authentic Istrian country house (stancija) dating from the beginning of the 20th century, built on a beautiful estate covering 120 000 sqm, recently completely rebuilt and luxuriously furnished. It is located on the magic Istrian peninsula, from which sometimes on clear nights you can see the lights of Venice, opposite to the beautiful Brijuni Islands, surrounded by the Mediterranean macchia, olive-groves and vineyards, ready to provide you with unforgettable moments of rest.

Your privacy is guaranteed by 25 acres of land surrounding the house. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools do not need a high fence to protect you from curious glances. The first neighbours on this island of peace are only greenery, olive-groves, and the soothing chirping of crickets. The main building and the guesthouse are inside the yard surrounded by a stone wall; they are only a few metres apart, joined by a roofed-over path.

All rooms are heated and air-conditioned, furnished with top-of-the-line new or genuine old furniture from the 18th and 19th centuries. You have at your disposal refrigerators, ice machine, gas stove and oven, Espresso coffee-machine, food processor, toaster, crockery, glasses, cutlery and everything else necessary for a pleasant accommodation. All rooms have a TV-set (plasma and LCD), DVD, cable TV, phone, internet connection, and a safe. You also dispose with a DVD collection of various movies, with IPod player and speakers for it.

There is also an outbuilding about 100 m away from the main building, with the owner’s wine cellar and a small olive oil-refinery. You will have at your disposal a house-keeper, who will take care of the cleanliness, our cook Nicola, his assistant and a waiter, who will obtain and prepare food for you according to your wishes and who will also serve your breakfast, lunch and supper, taking thereby care of all your gastronomic needs.
